My Sister n law gave me this recipe & the family loved it. I still use it even 50 years later.It would be easy for a lady who works to make for dinner at night. Enjoy.

Convection Oven


5 or 6 chicken strips
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of oinon soup
2 cans of hot water


1Pour the 2 soups, water, rice in a large bowl. Stir very good.
2Pour this mixture into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Lay chicken or pork chops on top of this mixture, then press meat down a little. put some salt ( a little ) Some Black pepper on meat.
3Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, So very good.
