i found this healthy recipe on my fb .. i think it's so neat . taste good , healthy, different , i like it .

Ingredients For chicken lettuce pockets
leaves of boston bibb lettuce or butter lettuce
skinless chicken breast strips
canola cooking oil
rice wine vinegar
green chopped onions
of fresh grated ginger
How To Make chicken lettuce pockets
rinse and pat dry lettuce wrap carefully without tearing them
set them aside
heat oil in large non stick skillet .cook chicken for 3 minutes then add onions and ginger and cook for 3 ,4 minutes.
stir in hoisin sauce,soy sauce , garlic and vinegar.cook for 2 minutes .
add shredded carrots and seame oiland let everything cook for 2 minutes
make sure chicken is no longer pink, if it is cool longer .
spoon chicken in center of lettuce pockets .
