i found this healthy recipe on my fb .. i think it's so neat . taste good , healthy, different , i like it .

Ingredients

  • 14
    leaves of boston bibb lettuce or butter lettuce
  • 2 lb
    skinless chicken breast strips
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola cooking oil
  • 1/4 c
    hoisin sauce
  • 2 clove
    minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 bunch
    green chopped onions
  • 1/2 c
    shredded carrots
  • 2 tsp
    of fresh grated ginger

How to Make chicken lettuce pockets

Step-by-Step

  1. rinse and pat dry lettuce wrap carefully without tearing them
    set them aside
  2. heat oil in large non stick skillet .cook chicken for 3 minutes then add onions and ginger and cook for 3 ,4 minutes.
  3. stir in hoisin sauce,soy sauce , garlic and vinegar.cook for 2 minutes .
    add shredded carrots and seame oiland let everything cook for 2 minutes
  4. make sure chicken is no longer pink, if it is cool longer .
    spoon chicken in center of lettuce pockets .
    enjoy .
