i found this healthy recipe on my fb .. i think it's so neat . taste good , healthy, different , i like it .

Ingredients
- 14 - leaves of boston bibb lettuce or butter lettuce
- 2 pounds skinless chicken breast strips
- 1 tablespoon canola cooking oil
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 bunch green chopped onions
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 teaspoons of fresh grated ginger
How To Make chicken lettuce pockets

Step 1rinse and pat dry lettuce wrap carefully without tearing them set them aside

Step 2heat oil in large non stick skillet .cook chicken for 3 minutes then add onions and ginger and cook for 3 ,4 minutes.

Step 3stir in hoisin sauce,soy sauce , garlic and vinegar.cook for 2 minutes . add shredded carrots and seame oiland let everything cook for 2 minutes

Step 4make sure chicken is no longer pink, if it is cool longer . spoon chicken in center of lettuce pockets . enjoy .
