Always wanted to make chicken kiev, but wanted an easier recipe, found this in a church cookbook. I tweaked it a bit, but stuck w/ the recipe as much as possible, just made it easier!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 - chicken breast cutlets, pounded thin
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter, cut into 6 equal pieces
- 1 tablespoon italian style breadcrumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
How To Make chicken kiev rolls.

Step 1Heat oven to 350. :Lightly spray 6 lg muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In small bowl, combine parsley, chives and garlic powder.

Step 2Season each cutlet w/ salt and pepper. Sprinkle each cutlet w/ 1 tsp parsley mix. Place 1 slice butter in center of each cutlet.

Step 3Tightly roll up each cutlet and place seam-side down in muffin cups. Sprinkle w/ bread crumbs and paprika. Bake about 25 mins.
