Chicken Fajita Supreme

KatheyJo Hickey-Van Otten

My family really enjoys this simple meal and you can change the meat. Sometimes I will use steak stripes instead of chicken, it all tastes great. Can also add sour cream, salsa to it and it really is wonderful.

5 lb

1/3 c
olive oil
1 pkg
flour tortillas
1 lb

How to Make Chicken Fajita Supreme

  • 1Boil the chicken in a pan first and then add cold water to cool it off. Slice the chicken into strips and place into skillet to brown
  • 2Slice all the vegetables and put in skillet to cook. Combine with the chicken when both are cooked. The chicken will be browned, the vegetables soften.
  • 3Sprinkle the fajita mix over the vegetables and chicken and stir completely so all is covered with the spice. Let it simmer about 15 minutes and place a ladle full on a flour tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese of choice. I use pepper jack. Roll like a burrito or just half it and enjoy.
