Ingredients
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices proscuitto ham
- 4 slices baby swiss cheese (or your favorite)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
How To Make chicken cordon bleu casserole (sallye)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350º Lightly grease 9" x 13" baking dish Place chicken breasts between 2 pieces of waxed or parchment paper and pound with mallet (or edge of plate) until tender

Step 2Place chicken breasts in bottom of baking dish Top each piece of chicken with a slice of ham, then a slice of cheese.

Step 3Stir together cream of chicken soup and wine Spoon over chicken pieces

Step 4Sprinkle stuffing mix over chicken pieces Drizzle melted butter evenly over top,

Step 5Cook uncovered in preheated oven for 1 hour or until chicken juices run clear when pierced with fork and top of dish is nice and crusty.
