This is a healthy lunch and goes great with a bowl of soup.

Ingredients

  • 1 - boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 4 - whole wheat wraps
  • 4 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons ceasar dressing
  • 1 teaspoon basil, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoons bacon bits (optional)

How To Make chicken ceasar wraps

  • Step 1
    Sprinkle chicken breast with oregano, basil and garlic.
  • Step 2
    Bake covered at 350 degrees until done. About 30 minutes. Let cool then cube.
  • Step 3
    For each wrap: Spread 1 Tbsp. Ceasar dressing down the middle.
  • Step 4
    Add 1/4 of the chicken, 1/2 c Romaine and sprinkle with 1 tsp. Parmesan. Add 1 tsp. bacon bits if desired.
  • Step 5
    Roll each wrap and serve
