- 1 - head cauliflower florets
- 2 cups chopped romaine or other greens
- 1 cup croutons, parmesan
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1-2 large chicken breasts cooked and cut
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup ceasar dressing
- - anchovies optional
- OTHER ADD INS
- - olives
- - chopped yellow tomatoes
How To Make chicken ceasar cauliflower rice salad

Step 1Add cauliflower to processor and chop pulse til consistency of rice.

Step 2Add rest of veggies and chicken and toss with dressing. Can also be made into greek salad with added ingredients and greek dressing. Enjoy!!
