  • 1/2 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 3 c
    cubed cooked chicken breast
  • 1-2/3 c
    reduced-fat biscuit/baking mix
  • 2/3 c
    fat-free milk

How to Make Chicken and Dumplings (Weight Watchers)

Step-by-Step
