Ingredients For chicken and dumplings (weight watchers)

    celery ribs, chopped
  • 1 c
    sliced fresh carrots
  • 3 can
    14-1/2 ounces each) reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 3 c
    cubed cooked chicken breast
  • 1-2/3 c
    reduced-fat biscuit/baking mix
  • 2/3 c
    fat-free milk

    In a Dutch oven coated with cooking spray, saute celery and carrots for 5 minutes. Stir in the broth, poultry seasoning and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered. Add the chicken.
