This recipe is my most simple yet delicious. You will be sure to enjoy and serve as gourmet. Be careful not to serve to anyone with an allergic reaction to shell fish as it contains oyster sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 package boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 bottle oyster sauce
- 1/3-1/2 cup unsalted cashews
- 1/2 bunch green onions
- to taste pinch salt, pepper, garlic salt
How To Make cashew chicken

Step 1Wash, chicken, chop into chunks and brown in a large skillet, wok or pot

Step 2Season while browning the meat

Step 3After meat is browned, add oyster sauce and cashews, (amount of cashews is preference, I usually sprinkle 2 small handfuls) reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes

Step 4Garnish with green onions and serve over jasmine rice
