black bean chicken with rice

Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
How To Make black bean chicken with rice

Step 1Combine the chili powder, cumin, pepper and salt; rub over chicken.

Step 2In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, brown chicken in oil on both sides. Stir in the beans, corn and salsa. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.

Step 3Slice chicken; serve with rice and bean mixture.
