chicken breast, cooked and cubed small
2 Tbsp
soy sauce, low sodium
1 tsp
ground ginger
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
1 c
coleslaw mix, shredded cabbage & carrot
4 Tbsp
sesame ginger salad dressing (i use walden farmss sugar free, fat free)
4 (9 in.)
whole wheat wraps

How to Make Asian Chicken Wraps


  • 1In a skillet, heat soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
  • 2Add chicken and cook stirring often, for 3=5 minutes or until heated through.
  • 3For each wrap, place 1/4 cup chicken mixture in center of the wrap. Add 1/4 cup slaw mix and 1 Tbsp. dressing.
  • 4Roll the wrap and. serve.
