2In a saucepan over low heat add the olive oil and garlic and stir for a minute. Add the chicken pieces and let them cook for about 15 minutes stirring once or twice.
3Add the applesauce, curry powder, salt and pepper and stir.
Bring it to the boil then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes or till the sauce thickens and chicken pieces are tender.
Serve over white rice.
