Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini
- 2 small onion
- 11/2 pounds ground chuck
- 1/2 cup rice, cooked or use minute rice
- 1 cup velvetta cheese
- 1/2 cup cornflakes or bread crumbs
- - salt & pepper , to taste
- 1 dash oregano, dried
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
How To Make zucchini casserole

Step 1Brown meat slightly. Slice zucchini and onions

Step 2With a casserole dish. Layer ' zucchini , onions , meat, rice

Step 3Top with cheese, crumb mixture, and spices

Step 4Mix tomatoe paste , water,sugar in a bowl. Pour liquids all atop entire casserole.

Step 5Bake at 325, 90minutes. Mmm

Step 6I dice the onions. And coarse ly grate or chop zucchini. Use Parmesan in mine and mozzarella ( sometimes fresh rather than grated stuff) I look at this alot as a Parmesan dish- a la chicken Parma , eggplant Parma .....
