This is a great Atkins recipe. You can make this up in batches and use as needed.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander, ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1/8 teaspoon msg optional

How To Make taco seasoning low carb

  • Step 1
    Combine everything. Brown 1 pound ground beef; drain. Add the seasoning mixture along with about 1/2 cup water
  • Step 2
    Simmer about 5-10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Makes about 5 teaspoons Per batch: 31 Calories; 1g Fat; 1g Protein; 6g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 4g Net Carbs
