Ingredients
- 2 - thick slices deli turkey, cubed
- 2 cups frozen mixed veggies, thawed
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup frozen, diced potatoes, thawed
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon each, salt & pepper
- 8 - sheets phyllo dough, thawed
How To Make healthy turkey pot pie w/ flaky crust

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine turkey, mixed veggies, mushrooms and potatoes.

Step 2In saucepan, over medium heat, heat oil. Add flour, cook 1 min, whisking constantly. Stir in broth, thyme, salt and pepper. Heat until thickened.

Step 3Pour over turkey mix, mix well. Spoon into baking dish. Coat 2 sheets of phyllo dough w/ cooking spray, place on top of turkey mix. Repeat w/ remaining dough. Bake 30 mins.
