barbeque chicken,grilled onion & artichoke hearts

I prefer this dish eaten at room temperature while the onions are still warm but the artichokes cool for fullness of flavors.

Ingredients

  • - egg noodles, no-yolk variety
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup yellow corn
  • 1/2 cup green bean
  • 1 small red onion
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • - baby corn on cob
  • 1 - red pepper
  • - minced garlic seasoning
  • - paprika
  • 1 - chicken breast
  • 4 tablespoons k.c. masterpiece barbeque

How To Make barbeque chicken,grilled onion & artichoke hearts

  • Step 1
    fill stainless steel pot with water, heat to boiling then add noodles, cook for 10 minutes then rinse
  • Step 2
    Dice red pepper very small
  • Step 3
    peel & slice thin red onion
  • Step 4
    Add Olive oil to small skillet heat to medium adding onion slices to sautée. In separate pan heat medium fry Chicken breast in 3 tbsp.Olive oil
  • Step 5
    return noodles, red peppers, kernel corn & green beans stirring.
  • Step 6
    Top by placing artichoke hearts face up, w/ chicken slices surrounding.
  • Step 7
    Place onions in center, Sprinkle with minced garlic & paprika then serve
