barbeque chicken,grilled onion & artichoke hearts

I prefer this dish eaten at room temperature while the onions are still warm but the artichokes cool for fullness of flavors.

Ingredients
- - egg noodles, no-yolk variety
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup yellow corn
- 1/2 cup green bean
- 1 small red onion
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- - baby corn on cob
- 1 - red pepper
- - minced garlic seasoning
- - paprika
- 1 - chicken breast
- 4 tablespoons k.c. masterpiece barbeque
How To Make barbeque chicken,grilled onion & artichoke hearts

Step 1fill stainless steel pot with water, heat to boiling then add noodles, cook for 10 minutes then rinse

Step 2Dice red pepper very small

Step 3peel & slice thin red onion

Step 4Add Olive oil to small skillet heat to medium adding onion slices to sautée. In separate pan heat medium fry Chicken breast in 3 tbsp.Olive oil

Step 5return noodles, red peppers, kernel corn & green beans stirring.

Step 6Top by placing artichoke hearts face up, w/ chicken slices surrounding.

Step 7Place onions in center, Sprinkle with minced garlic & paprika then serve
