I prefer this dish eaten at room temperature while the onions are still warm but the artichokes cool for fullness of flavors.

    egg noodles, no-yolk variety
  • 1 can(s)
    artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 c
    yellow corn
  • 1/2 c
    green bean
  • 1 small
    red onion
  • 6 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • ·
    baby corn on cob
  • 1
    red pepper
  • ·
    minced garlic seasoning
  • ·
  • 1
    chicken breast
  • 4 Tbsp
    k.c. masterpiece barbeque

How to Make Barbeque Chicken,Grilled onion & Artichoke Hearts


  1. fill stainless steel pot with water, heat to boiling then add noodles, cook for 10 minutes then rinse
  2. Dice red pepper very small
  3. peel & slice thin red onion
  4. Add Olive oil to small skillet heat to medium adding onion slices to sautée. In separate pan heat medium fry Chicken breast in 3 tbsp.Olive oil
  5. return noodles, red peppers, kernel corn & green beans stirring.
  6. Top by placing artichoke hearts face up, w/ chicken slices surrounding.
  7. Place onions in center, Sprinkle with minced garlic & paprika then serve
