  • - 1 eggplant sliced and in salt water over nite
  • - i used buttermilk cormeal on plate
  • - a lil milk in a bowl
  • - cut up 1 sweet banana pepper
  • - provalone cheese slices
  • - shredded parm cheese,moz,or parm
  • - 3-4 small loaf pans
  • - a couple jars of speggetti sauce

    IN 3 SMALL LOAF PANS. LAYER SAUCE,EGGPLANT SWEET PEPPERS, SAUCE A SLICE OF CHEESE. REPEAT THIS TIL U GET TO THE TOP

    THEN MORE SAUCE AND THEN SHREDDED CHEESE ON TOP. THEN IN OVEN ON 350 FOR 15-20 MINS. JUST TIL HOT THREW AND CHEESE IS MELTED

    RITE NOW I'M MAKING UP SEVERAL TO PUT N THE FREEZER FOR WINTER. THEN U CAN TAKE IT OUT AND USE IT IF U HAVE UNEXPECTED COMPANY 4 DINNER

    ALSO IF U LIKE U CAN USE THEN SLICES OF ONION BETWEEN LAYERS AS WELL AS HAMBURGER OR SAUSAGE
