2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
8 oz
light sour cream
1 c
milk
3/4 c
milk
6 c
cooked, diced chicken
1/2 tsp
each, salt and pepper
3/4 c
heart healthy biscuit mix
1/4 c
cornmeal
1
egg
8 oz
shredded cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine soup, sour cream and 1 cup milk, mix well.
2Stir in chicken, salt and pepper. pour into casserole dish. In another bowl, whisk together bisquick mix, cornmeal, egg and remaining milk.
3Spoon bisquick mix over chicken mix. Sprinkle w/ cheese. Bake 30 mins.
