Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces light sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 6 cups cooked, diced chicken
  • 1/2 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup heart healthy biscuit mix
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 - egg
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make creamy chicken casserole w/ bicuit topping

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine soup, sour cream and 1 cup milk, mix well.
  • Step 2
    Stir in chicken, salt and pepper. pour into casserole dish. In another bowl, whisk together bisquick mix, cornmeal, egg and remaining milk.
  • Step 3
    Spoon bisquick mix over chicken mix. Sprinkle w/ cheese. Bake 30 mins.
