Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces light sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup milk
- 6 cups cooked, diced chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup heart healthy biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 - egg
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make creamy chicken casserole w/ bicuit topping

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine soup, sour cream and 1 cup milk, mix well.

Step 2Stir in chicken, salt and pepper. pour into casserole dish. In another bowl, whisk together bisquick mix, cornmeal, egg and remaining milk.

Step 3Spoon bisquick mix over chicken mix. Sprinkle w/ cheese. Bake 30 mins.
