How to Make Country style scalloped potatoes and ham
- 1melt 2T butter in bottom of crockpot
- 2layer 1/3 of the sliced potatoes, 1/3 of the chopped onion, 1/3 of the shredded cheese in crockpot.
- 3Sprinkle flour, salt, pepper and 2T butter over 1st layer
- 4repeat layering all of the above for a total of 3 layers
- 5add enough milk until you see the milk show through the top layer.
- 6Heat on high in crockpot until the milk simmers, then reduce to low for 6 hours
