Ingredients
- 1-2 pound baby red potatoes
- 2 pounds kielbasa
- 4 - golden or gala apples, peeled and sliced
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
How To Make apple potatoes
-
Step 1Take 1 to 2 pounds baby red potatoes. Wash and slice in half or quarter if they are bigger. Place in baking dish, I like the long ones because I make a ton of this it is so good. So increase or decrease amount of potatoes for size you want.
-
Step 2Slice Kielbasa into pan and lightly brown with onion. Use about a tablespoon of oil or I like to use butter. Add to potatoes.
-
Step 3Peel apples, core and slice. You can make long slices or quarter what ever you like. I like the smaller pieces. Add to potatoes.
-
Step 4Salt and pepper to taste.
-
Step 5Bake at 350 for about 30 to 40 minutes until potatoes are tender.
