    baby red potatoes
  • 2 lb
  • 4
golden or gala apples, peeled and sliced
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped

How to Make Apple Potatoes

  1. Take 1 to 2 pounds baby red potatoes. Wash and slice in half or quarter if they are bigger. Place in baking dish, I like the long ones because I make a ton of this it is so good. So increase or decrease amount of potatoes for size you want.
  2. Slice Kielbasa into pan and lightly brown with onion. Use about a tablespoon of oil or I like to use butter.
    Add to potatoes.
  3. Peel apples, core and slice. You can make long slices or quarter what ever you like. I like the smaller pieces.
    Add to potatoes.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 30 to 40 minutes until potatoes are tender.
