    tuna, packed in water
  • 1 large
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs or crushed crackers
  • 1/4 c
    minced onion
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic powder or garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • ·
    vegetable cooking spray

How to Make Tuna Burgers


  1. Preheat oven to 375*.Spray baking sheet with spray or olive oil. Drain tuna fish and mix with egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic powder or garlic salt,black pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
  2. Bake on prepared sheet in preheated oven for 20 minutes,flipping after 10 minutes or until each side is golden brown and crispy.
