- 2 cans tuna, packed in water
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs or crushed crackers
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- - vegetable cooking spray
How To Make tuna burgers

Step 1Preheat oven to 375*.Spray baking sheet with spray or olive oil. Drain tuna fish and mix with egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic powder or garlic salt,black pepper. Shape into 4 patties.

Step 2Bake on prepared sheet in preheated oven for 20 minutes,flipping after 10 minutes or until each side is golden brown and crispy.
