I love tuna fish as a kid and now as an adult. You are going to love this burger it is lowfat.You can make these up and freeze them up to week or two.. Enjoy...

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, packed in water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs or crushed crackers
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • - vegetable cooking spray

How To Make tuna burgers

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375*.Spray baking sheet with spray or olive oil. Drain tuna fish and mix with egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic powder or garlic salt,black pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
  • Step 2
    Bake on prepared sheet in preheated oven for 20 minutes,flipping after 10 minutes or until each side is golden brown and crispy.
