Could not find my copie of this recipe then remembered I gave it to oldest daughter so got ahold of her and here it is, Mom usually made this every Thursday night it was one of my favorites.

Ingredients

2 pounds ground bef
2 large eggs
1 large onion ( diced)
4 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, canned
4 tablespoons water

How To Make i found it mom's salisbury steak recipe

Step 1

Combine ground beef, salt, eggs, onion,ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 2

Mix well shape into patties roll in flour and brown in pan.
Step 3

When brown remove from pan put in baking dish.
Step 4

Mix mushroom soup and mushrooms with water, pour over patties.
Step 5

Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
