1first pat out 8, 1/2 pound handburger patties. set them aside. then divide your onions in half clean and thinly slice them up. set aside. turm your burner on to medium heat. set a medium non stick skillet on burner and fry 4 handburger patties at a time for 6 minutes on each side. on the second turn add your cheese then when times up set them on a plate or platter.
2in a medium skillet add your butter on a med-low burner till it gets dissolved add your sliced onion then your sargum molasses stir until onions are well coated and fry until onions are tender and translucent.
3place your handburger on a bottom bun. add your carmalized onion on top burger then place top bun. serve ummmmmm
