Ingredients
- 2 - 3 pounds ground beef or turkey browned well,drain fat
- 1 medium cabbage head and onion shreadded well
- 1 1/2 cups water to cover cabbage/onion with salt and pepper to taste
- large ball of bread dough, warm and rolled out into 5x5 squares
- - mix meat, cooked down cabbage & onion in large pan cook for 10 minutes, spoon into yeast squares , fold up, pinch sides flip over to cook on cookie sheet til golden brown in 400 degree oven. rub with butter on tops when brown. serve with salad and
