- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 - kaiser rolls, split and toasted

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Add the beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties. Grill burgers, covered over medium heat or broil 4-inches from heat 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Serve on Kaiser rolls. Makes 4 servings.
