Ingredients
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 large red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 3 - zucchini, chopped
- 2 small pepperoncini peppers, chopped
- 1 jar (24-26 oz.) marinara sauce
- 1 can (15 oz.) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

Step 1Cook beef in skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain and transfer to slow cooker.

Step 2Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook onions, peppers, and garlic, stirring, for 5 minutes. Transfer to slow cooker.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients and 1 tsp. salt. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 4 to 5 hours. Garnish with chopped basil, if desired.
