- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 small - onion finely chopped
- 1 - egg beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 can campbells beef gravy
How To Make weeknight salisbury steak

Step 1Thoroughly mix the beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and water in a medium bowl. shape firmly into 4 oval patties (1/2 inch thick)

Step 2Heat the oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat. Add the patties and cook for 10 minutes or until they're well browned on both sides

Step 3Add the gravy and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the patties are cooked through.
