How to Make Weeknight Salisbury Steak
- Thoroughly mix the beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and water in a medium bowl.
shape firmly into 4 oval patties (1/2 inch thick)
- Heat the oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat.
Add the patties and cook for 10 minutes or until they're well browned on both sides
- Add the gravy and heat to a boil.
Reduce the heat low.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the patties are cooked through.
