I like to serve it over baked spaghetti squash.
You can easily omit the meat and make it vegetarian, or add some Hot Italian sausage to kick it up a bit.

Ingredients

1 lbground beef

3 clovegarlic, minced

1/2onion, diced

2 smallzucchini, diced

56 ozcanned tomato sauce

How to Make Very Veggie Spaghetti Sauce MMB
- In a large pan, brown the ground beef, garlic and onion together until beef is no longer pink. Drain the fat off.
- Add the veggies and herbs and simmer until the veggies are tender.
- These are rough estimates of amounts. Use more or less to suit your tastes.
- ** In the summer when the garden is coming in, I can tomatoes and grate zucchini for the freezer. I also dehydrate herbs for the winter.
