Ingredients
- 1-1.5 pound ground chuck, cooked
- 1 small cabbage head
- 1 large onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 : 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 package concentrated beef stock, optional
- 0.5 cup water
How To Make unstuffed cabbage

Step 1Brown ground meat with diced onions in oil until may is not pink and onions are tender. Add minced garlic. Cook a minute.

Step 2Add chopped up cabbage and rest of ingredients. Salt and pepper. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Step 3Serve over rice or for a change noodles.
