Ingredients

  • 1-1.5 pound ground chuck, cooked
  • 1 small cabbage head
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 : 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 package concentrated beef stock, optional
  • 0.5 cup water

How To Make unstuffed cabbage

  • Step 1
    Brown ground meat with diced onions in oil until may is not pink and onions are tender. Add minced garlic. Cook a minute.
  • Step 2
    Add chopped up cabbage and rest of ingredients. Salt and pepper. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Serve over rice or for a change noodles.
