Ingredients For tortilla bake--crock pot

  • 10 3/4 oz
    can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 8
    corn tortillas
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef, browned and drained
  • 3 md
    tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, thinly sliced green onion, diced avocado, and shredded lettuce

How To Make tortilla bake--crock pot

  • 1
    Combine soup and taco seasoning mix in a bowl. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges. Spoon 1/4 of ground beef into crock pot. Top with 1/4 of tortilla wedges. Spoon 1/4 of soup mixture over tortillas. Top with 1/4 of tomatoes. Repeat layers 3 rimes. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. To serve , spoon onto plate and add toppings. Makes 6 servings.
