Ingredients
- 10 3/4 ounces can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 8 - corn tortillas
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
- 3 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- TOPPINGS:
- - sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, thinly sliced green onion, diced avocado, and shredded lettuce
How To Make tortilla bake--crock pot

Step 1Combine soup and taco seasoning mix in a bowl. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges. Spoon 1/4 of ground beef into crock pot. Top with 1/4 of tortilla wedges. Spoon 1/4 of soup mixture over tortillas. Top with 1/4 of tomatoes. Repeat layers 3 rimes. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. To serve , spoon onto plate and add toppings. Makes 6 servings.
