Ingredients

10 3/4 oz
can cheddar cheese soup
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
8
corn tortillas
1 1/2 lb
ground beef, browned and drained
3 medium
tomatoes, coarsely chopped

TOPPINGS:

sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, thinly sliced green onion, diced avocado, and shredded lettuce

How to Make TORTILLA BAKE--CROCK POT

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine soup and taco seasoning mix in a bowl. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges. Spoon 1/4 of ground beef into crock pot. Top with 1/4 of tortilla wedges. Spoon 1/4 of soup mixture over tortillas. Top with 1/4 of tomatoes. Repeat layers 3 rimes. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. To serve , spoon onto plate and add toppings. Makes 6 servings.
