  brown your 2 pounds of ground beef in a large skillet an drain. mix your hominy, tomato sauce, corn, taco seasoning mix and ground beef together well. pour mixture in a large baking pan.

  mix your jiffy cornbread mix in a seperately medium bowl according to package direction. spread mixture over the other mixture in baking pan till it covers whole top of baking pan. bake at 350 f for about 20 to 30 minutes or until top is golden brown serve hot.
