- 2 pounds beef round steak
- 1 large can of tomatoes
- 1 - onion, sliced
- 1 small can of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can ortega green chili salsa

How To Make swiss steak

Step 1Cut steak into smaller pieces. Flour , salt and pepper steak and brown in oil. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, salsa and onions. Allow to cook slowly for 2-3 hours. I add beer while simmering so it doesn't get to thick. Serve over buttered mashed potatoes or rice. Makes 4 servings.
