This recipe is a little time consuming because you have to form each meat ball one by one and I make mine kind of small, but I love this recipe and have never served it to anyone who didn't love it.

How to Make Sweet and Sour Meat Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop garlic, onions, bell pepper and pineapple, finely
  2. Season meat with salt, pepper, garlic salt and soy sauce (the more meat, the more soy sauce, the less meat, the less soy sauce). Be careful not to over season as the soy sauce is salty, after seasoning, add garlic, onion, bell peppper and pineapple
  3. Form your meat balls, then brown in a large skillet or pot
  4. Once meat balls are browned, drain fat and add sweet and sour sauce, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
