Shirley Murtagh

This recipe comes from an old Better Homes and Garden Ground Meat Cookbook, c1973. I have made this recipe for my son a long time ago. it is very tasty, and a good way to get kids to eat their vegetables. My son hated vegetables when he was growing up. This recipe he liked.
If you can't get tomato sauce with mushrooms just use tomato sauce. You could change the vegetable to corn or whatever vegetable you want.
