Ingredients
- 1 pound top sirloin steak cut into 4 pieces
- 2 slices maple smoked bacon, cooked
- 4 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 can 15oz diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Make sirloin bites with tomato bacon gravy

Step 1Heat a skillet with bacon drippings on medium heat. While you're waiting salt and pepper steak pieces on both sides.

Step 2Brown meat on all sides. Remove from skillet.

Step 3Add flour to skillet and cook until golden brown.

Step 4Add tomatoes with juice, water, and wine. Stir to combine. Add crumbled bacon. Return steaks to pan and cook on medium low heat 35 to 40 minutes. Stir frequently and add more water if needed.
