How to Make Simple Grilled Steaks, Iris

Step-by-Step

  1. Rub all ingredients into the steaks well and place in large resealable plastic bag. Let sit for 1 hour.
  2. Heat grill/griddle to 450 degrees, that's as high as mine will go.
  3. Rub grill with oiled paper towels. When it starts to smoke, throw the steaks on.
  4. Grill 5 to 8 minutes per side, giving them a quarter turn half way through for your grill marks. Flip steaks and repeat the process. Your steak should be medium.
  5. Remove from the grill, let sit covered 10 minutes for the juices to redistrbute then serve.
