How To Make simple grilled steaks, iris
-
Step 1Rub all ingredients into the steaks well and place in large resealable plastic bag. Let sit for 1 hour.
-
Step 2Heat grill/griddle to 450 degrees, that's as high as mine will go.
-
Step 3Rub grill with oiled paper towels. When it starts to smoke, throw the steaks on.
-
Step 4Grill 5 to 8 minutes per side, giving them a quarter turn half way through for your grill marks. Flip steaks and repeat the process. Your steak should be medium.
-
Step 5Remove from the grill, let sit covered 10 minutes for the juices to redistrbute then serve.
