Ingredients
- 1 - 3-3 1/2 pound frozen roast, yes i said frozen
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package lipton onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make rita's roast

Step 1Pour half the mushroom soup and onion soup mix in a crockpot, stir in water.

Step 2Place the roast on top and pour the remaining soup on top

Step 3Cook on high for an hour then reduce it to low and cook for 6-7 hours. Serve over rice or noodles
