This recipe was given to my mom by a co worker...named Rita hence the name. Hope you enjoy it and let me know what you think.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 3-3 1/2 pound frozen roast, yes i said frozen
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup water

How To Make rita's roast

  • Step 1
    Pour half the mushroom soup and onion soup mix in a crockpot, stir in water.
  • Step 2
    Place the roast on top and pour the remaining soup on top
  • Step 3
    Cook on high for an hour then reduce it to low and cook for 6-7 hours. Serve over rice or noodles
