I said soft shells tacos , and changed my mind because letting them fix their own plates was easier. Once I got the setup out of the way, they fell into them. Once my preparation was out of the way, I was sitting easy. Make it your own with toppings. Photos are all mines.

Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds ground chuck
- 3 packages taco seasonings, your choice
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- - shredded lettuce
- 2and 1 / 2 packages shredded cheese, sharp, mild, mozzarella, mix it up
- 1 - family bag of doritos, your choice
- - sour cream
How To Make momma's nachos, iris

Step 1In a 9x13 pan, sprayed with olive oil, line egg it the Doritos flavor of your choice, then spread with a generous layer of mozzarella

Step 2Add ground chuck on top of Doritos, all of it, top with sharp and mild cheddar

Step 3Place under broiler until hot. Remove and add diced onions, tomatoes, and remaining cheese

Step 4Serve with choice of ,toppings, jalapeño, diced bacon.
