I said soft shells tacos , and changed my mind because letting them fix their own plates was easier. Once I got the setup out of the way, they fell into them. Once my preparation was out of the way, I was sitting easy. Make it your own with toppings. Photos are all mines.

taco seasonings, your choice
1 small
yellow onion, diced
3 large
tomatoes, chopped
shredded lettuce
2and 1 / 2 pkg
shredded cheese, sharp, mild, mozzarella, mix it up
family bag of doritos, your choice
sour cream

How to Make Momma's Nachos, Iris


  • 1In a 9x13 pan, sprayed with olive oil, line egg it the Doritos flavor of your choice, then spread with a generous layer of mozzarella
  • 2Add ground chuck on top of Doritos, all of it, top with sharp and mild cheddar
  • 3Place under broiler until hot. Remove and add diced onions, tomatoes, and remaining cheese
  • 4Serve with choice of ,toppings, jalapeƱo, diced bacon.
