Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 - 14-1/2 oz can stewed tomatoes with chiles
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup egg beaters
- 1-1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
How To Make mexican meatloaf

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan. In lg bowl combine all ingredients, mix well.

Step 2Place mix evenly into pan. Cover w/ foil, bake 50 mins. Uncover, bake 10 mins.
