My mom and my grandma made meatloaf this way. Comfort food at it's best. Great with baked potatoes or mashed with gravy.

1 lb
ground round
1 can(s)
roastbeef hash (or cornbeef)

eggs
1/2 c
chopped onion
1/2 c
chopped green pepper
1/8 c
ketchup
1/2 c
oats

saltine crackers, smashed

How to Make MEATLOAF

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients together.
  • 2Spoon mixture into loaf pan and make trench around edges to collect grease.
  • 3Cover with tin foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and broil for 5-10 minutes to toast the top.
