My mom and my grandma made meatloaf this way. Comfort food at it's best. Great with baked potatoes or mashed with gravy.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground round
- 1 can roastbeef hash (or cornbeef)
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/8 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup oats
- 12 - saltine crackers, smashed
How To Make meatloaf

Step 1Mix all ingredients together.

Step 2Spoon mixture into loaf pan and make trench around edges to collect grease.

Step 3Cover with tin foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and broil for 5-10 minutes to toast the top.
