Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cans green beans, french cut
  • 1 can mushrooms drained
  • 1 small oinion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1.4 cups mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make green bean and hamburger casserole

  • Step 1
    Brown the hamburger, onion, celery and mushrooms; drain the fat.
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients in a 2 to 2 1/2 quart greased casserole.
  • Step 3
    Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Step 4
    Per Serving: 375 Calories; 28g Fat; 23g Protein; 7g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 4g Net Carbs
