2Mix all ingredients together, pour over meat in Roasting Pan or Crock Pot.
3Crock Pot directions - Place carrots on bottom of pot, place meat on top and turn on Hi. Cook on Hi about 4 hours. Add Potatoes and let cook another 2 hours on Hi. Add Peas and cook on Low the remainder of time until meat is flaky and the potatoes and carrots are tender.
4If cooking in oven; Cook at 325 degrees for 4 hours. After 2 hours add carrots, potatoes and onion. For last 30 minutes add the frozen peas.
