Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef, browned and salt and peppered
1
onion, chopped
1
green pepper, chopped
1 pkg
chili seasoning mix
2
8-oz. cans tomato sauce
1 can(s)
mexicorn
1 can(s)
rotel
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes
2 can(s)
kidney beans, drained and rinsed
season with these 4 ingrediens to taste, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder
fritos corn chips
shredded cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients in a crock-pot, last 4 ingredients, season to taste. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours. Serve over fritos. Toss and top with sour cream and shredded cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
