Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef, browned and salt and peppered
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    chili seasoning mix
  • 2
    8-oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    mexicorn
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes
  • 2 can(s)
    kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • ·
    season with these 4 ingrediens to taste, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder
  • ·
    fritos corn chips
  • ·
    shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make FRITO PIE--CROCK POT

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in a crock-pot, last 4 ingredients, season to taste. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours. Serve over fritos. Toss and top with sour cream and shredded cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
