Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef, browned and salt and peppered
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - green pepper, chopped
- 1 package chili seasoning mix
- 2 - 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
- 1 can mexicorn
- 1 can rotel
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- - season with these 4 ingrediens to taste, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder
- - fritos corn chips
- - shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make frito pie--crock pot

Step 1Place all ingredients in a crock-pot, last 4 ingredients, season to taste. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours. Serve over fritos. Toss and top with sour cream and shredded cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
