easy beef pot pie

I wanted to fix something fast and easy with what I had on hand and this is what I came up with.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, frozen or canned
  • 2 packages brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 - store bought frozen pie crust thawed

How To Make easy beef pot pie

  • Step 1
    Brown ground beef with onions and celery. Drain off all the fat.
  • Step 2
    Add veggie's,water,and brown gravy mix. Let simmer until thickened,remove from burner. Pour into pie crust,put other pie crust on top leave the aluminum pie pan on top.
  • Step 3
    Put pie on a cookie sheet and put in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes pull out of oven and remove the top pan place back in the oven if it is not brown.
