Ingredients For crunchy beef bake

  • 2 c
    uncooked corkscrew macaroni
  • 1 lb
    groud beef
  • 2 md
    onions, chopped
  • 1 can
    whole tomatoes, undrained, chopped
  • 3/4 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 tsp
    seasoning salt
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can
    durkee o & c french fried onions

How To Make crunchy beef bake

    Cook macaroni.
  • 2
    Brown ground beef and onions, drain well.
  • 3
    Combine all ingredients except french fried onions. Pour into a lightly oiled 2-quart casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350-degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover, stir, and top with french fried onions. Bake 3 to 5 more minutes. Watch carefully as onions burn easily.
