convict meatballs
This is my friend Lisa's amazing recipe. These ARE NOT your Momma's meatballs. LOL They are AMAZZZZZING. I am not big on meatballs normally but this recipe will have people begging for them!!!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef,
- 6 1/2 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 cup regular oatmeal
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- SAUCE
- 2 cups ketchup,
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar,
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
How To Make convict meatballs

Step 1Mix all together and form into balls. Put in a 9"x13" pan. Mix ketchup,brown sugar,liquid smoke, garlic powder and chopped onion together and pour over meatballs. Bake 1 hour at 350. degrees.
