- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 46 ounces can v-8 juice
- 15 1/2 ounces can kidney beans
- 1 cup cooked macaroni

Step 1Saute onion in butter until lightly browned. Add beef and cook until browned. Drain. Add chili powder, v-8 juice and kidney beans. Mix with macaroni and serve. Makes 6 servings.
