cheeseburger and fries casserole
Can't take credit for this one, it is straight out of Taste of Home's mag and have been making this for years. This is one of my grandsons favorite dishes. I did add some more cheese, onion and garlic for a little more flavor, but other than that it is identical to what was published originally

How To Make cheeseburger and fries casserole
-
Step 1Heat the olive oil in a saucier, add the onion and saute until translucent, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
-
Step 2Add the hamburg and cook until no longer pink, put in a large bowl. Add in pepper and salt to taste. I usually don't add salt because of the salt content of the soups.
-
Step 3Stir in both cans of soup, the shredded cheese, and pour into a 9x13 inch pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray.
-
Step 4Arrange the french fries over the top and bake in a pre heated 350° oven until fries are golden.
