- 2 cups diced celery
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 - soup cans of water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 - soup can milk
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned
- 2 medium onions, chopped
How To Make celery-rice ground beef casserole

Step 1Cook rice. Brown meat, onions and celery together. Mix all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Grease pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 4-6 servings.
