Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 - soup cans of water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 - soup can milk
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned
  • 2 medium onions, chopped

How To Make celery-rice ground beef casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook rice. Brown meat, onions and celery together. Mix all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Grease pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 4-6 servings.
