Cass's Juicy South Of The Border Burger
1 lbground beef
1/2 cshredded, cheddar cheese
1/4 tspchili powder
1/2 tspeach - salt & pepper
1/4 cgrated onion
1/4 - 1/3 csalsa - i use medium heat
1 1/2 ccrushed, corn chips
shreddedcolby jack for melting on top - or your favorite
·velveeta cheesy jalapeno ranch dressing
slicedjalapenos , sliced onion, lettuce, etc...- optional
How to Make Cass's Juicy South Of The Border Burger
- Make patties - however many and big as you desire.
Grill, broil or I used my George Foreman grill. Don't press on your burgers during cooking, or they won't be as juicy.
When cooked to your desired doneness, add cheese and continue cooking until melted.
Add cheese and continue cooking until cheese is melted.
Toast buns on the grill, skillet or broiler. I butter the buns first. Help them to brown.
